Entry Level - Outbound Call Centre - Immediate Start!

The Impact Society is looking to source an outgoing, friendly individual to join our call centre sales and customer service team located in Sydney CBD, NSW.

We are looking for individuals who love to chat, socialise and are excited about working towards KPI's to join our team calling customers to promote our campaigns and generate leads.

Responsibilities:
You will represent our nationally recognised clients via outbound calls.
Develop strong and long-lasting customer relationships
Passionate delivery of sales scripts as naturally as possible
Provide an accurate and positive representation of the client's brand, products and services.
Promote and sell products and services.
Achieve individual sales targets to contribute to the overall team result

Skills & Requirements:
Exceptional communication skills & Fluent in English
High level of self-confidence, Competitive and results-driven
Impeccable phone manner with the ability to quickly build rapport and influence people
Resilience to handle rejection yet remain motivated
Due to client stipulation, you must be 18+ years old
Australian citizenship/Permanent Residency or Working Holliday Visa (Full-time availability without study restrictions)

Previous outbound sales, telesales or call-centre experience within a KPI driven and target environment (phone-based or customer-facing positions) isn't a must but would be beneficial.
