Recruitment Resourcer needed for recruitment agency based in Parramatta, 30 minute train from Town Hall and 8 minute walk from Parramatta train station. This is assignment is estimated to go between 4-6 months, Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm.
• Screening applications across the blue collar skill
• Booking Interviews
• Database Management
• Coordinating document compliance and general administration
Main attributes required;
• Exceptional telephone manner as 80% of this role is telephone based
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to manage various tasks simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience is recruitment is an advantage but not required as full training will be provided
