Spinifex Hotel is an iconic hotel/ pub 2 hours from broome
we are seeking experienced hospitality All rounders ANY ONE LOCATED IN WESTERN AUSTRALIA IS A PLUS
We are hoping to find experienced hospitality all-rounders for a busy hotel located in the heart of the Kimberley region. Located in remote WA we are small team offering exceptional customer service to the local community and travellers.
40-50 hours a week with AWARD RATES!! We offer subsidised accommodation and meals are provided, Perfect for those looking to save for their next adventure!
Successful candidates will be required to work over a variety of departments including Bar, Housekeeping, Kitchen and Bottleshop - spilt shifts required.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Bar
·Serving / Making Alcoholic beverages
·Serving / Clearing Food
·Preparing Coffees – barista skills highly regarded
·General cleaning of bar area
Housekeeping
·High quality cleaning/ servicing of guest rooms
·Public area cleaning
·Laundry
Kitchen
·Basic food prep
·Washing and organising dishes/ equipment
·Food service/ clearing as required
Bottleshop
·Alcohol sales according to RSA and local guidelines
·Maintaining cleanliness of store and stock
·Assistance with incoming deliveries
You will also be required to have a night phone approx. 2 nights per week

Requirements:
·RSA/ RSG (Can be acquired during first two weeks of employment)
· Minimum 3 months commitment required
·Flexibility over 7 days rotating roster (1-2 Days off / week)
·Must have valid working visa before applying
