At Hoselink we are currently seeking a bubbly customer service Representative to join our inbound call centre team. If you love talking to people, are passionate about customer satisfaction and always go the extra mile, we would love to hear from you!
Day to day you will be in the office taking inbound calls to assist customers with phone orders and providing product advice, responding to customer emails and online chats , and as needed attending to our onsite shop.
This role will suit someone with great communication skills,a friendly personality and who loves a team environment. At least two years of previous customer service experience is essential, particularly in a call centre, however we will provide full training and on-going support.

This role is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.This position is offered on a casual contract ( and applicable casual hourly rate) with a view to progress to a permanent contract for the right candidate.
