Now with our large infrastructure in place and ever growing brand We are searching for people to join us and be part of the journey!

Working from our Byron HQ, We need new talent to help launch our new community project! This is where you will be working Mon - Fri - Yes no weekends.

No experience is necessary, what we look for is a candidate who is an effective communicator, confident and has the self drive to succeed. Performs well in a target based role, enjoys working towards goals.
If successful you will undergo extensive effective training to make sure we hone those skills of yours and get you confident and ready to get into the action.

First Step, Learning the trade, you will be coming in at entry level as a lead generator. Setting up qualified appointments with homeowners across the country. This will develop your skills on closing techniques, pitch structure, identifying buying signs, rapport building and creating urgency and up selling our amazing product.

When you have settled in and shown consistent results and are a stand out performer, you will be identified and progressed through to more senior positions.

Second Step, Having the opportunity to be a consultant and do the in house appointments yourself, being rewarded with an attractive commission structure.

We offer a healthy base wage, plus an attractive commission structure, uncapped. Career plans will be laid out for you so that you can reach higher goals and progression. We can utilise talent in a variety of areas, whether it be Sales, Managerial, Marketing, Operations. As I said before, we are building a company that lasts, this can only be done by acquiring the best talent and developing them!
