Izzy’s Restaurant is part of Izzy’s Group and is a family business that includes café’s, restaurants and a catering business with plans for growth currently being implemented.
The advertised role of Head Chef requires the successful candidates to demonstrate a particular maturity, collected mannerism and ability to work in a fast moving environment. Prior experience in a leadership role is essential. The Head Chef role insists on knowledge of classic and modern European cuisine, restaurant organisation, quick thinking, forward planning and good social presentation. Personality qualities are criteria of this role.
This is a hand’s on role that has a direct report to business owners.
The position being offered is a long term role and forms a strategic component of the development of the business thus only those with a desire to dedicate to the industry will be considered. This is not a role for someone looking to fill a short term employment gap.
An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate. there is a potential for employment to be offered to the candidates partner should the move be subject to relocation.
NOTE: The Restaurant is currently closed for dining due to COVID 19 however the business is sound, subject to a loyal takeaway clientele.
