Recruiting workers at Victoria – Mildura Grape farm
*Need a farm work for 88~150 days for second,thrid working holiday visa?

We work 5~7 days a week , 6~8 hours a day.
pay by hourly rate and either piece rate.
We’re legal company with observing labor law
We send payment with payslip every week
Work now we’re progressing aren’t picking grape now.
what we’re doing now are caring trees before start picking

Desuckering – ( Desuckering is removing some of the new shoots that grow from young grape vines.)
Shoot thinning – which is the selective removal ofshoots
leaf plucking – removing selective leaves around fruit
cincturing – damaging trees to get grapes more nutrients
covering – covering and fastening cover on the top of the trees before harvest
We will constantly work until christmass and we will take a rest around the Christmass
holiday. then we will work till next OctoberGrape -> Orange)
picking Fig / Blackberry
3~3.5$ per tray
picking riped fruit and put it in the traies
-average workers pick 10~15 trays an hour.
we will start pick grape starting first week of January to May.
able to achieve second,third working holiday visa
and we provide accommodations,pick up .
