The Newman Hotel and Capricorn Bar and Grill aren’t like traditional services you find in remote WA, we pride ourselves on providing modern clean facilities that are on par with Perth metro standards.
We are looking to fill this vacant position within our Newman sites;
Chefs/ Cooks – Newman Hotel
But,…We aren’t looking for just anyone!

Experience is a necessity for this busy role
Your duties will include;
Cooking amazing dishes as assigned to you
Maintaining a high standard of presentation
Staying up to speed on temp checks, cleaning schedules and other food/hygiene procedures
Thriving under pressure in our busy kitchen
Assisting with acceptance and storage of deliveries
On-site accommodation & meals available. These are not a FIFO positions.
