The Opportunity

In preparation for Black Friday (in November) and with Christmas (Boxing Day) is approaching fast, we are looking to fill multiple ongoing casual positions within our Warehouse operations as a General Hand. This is an exciting role which is not only physically demanding but also challenges your mind. You'll be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing the best customer experience possible. How do we do this? We pack our customers’ orders fast! We welcome applications from students and VISA holders.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound: picking /packing/dispatching orders to set KPIs
Inbound: receiving, replenishment and put away
General cleaning duties as required
Shift Times (range from):
AM shift 6:00AM – 2:06 PM
PM shift 2:54 PM - 11:00 PM
Overnight shifts 11:00pm - 6:00am
Requirements:
Safety-focused and proven ability to adhere to all Safe Operating Procedures and WHS
Legislation.
Physically fit to perform all duties. Lifting up to 23kgs
Literate with basic computer skills
Reliable team player who attends rostered shifts on time.
Positive attitude and work ethic
Thrives in a busy, fast paced warehouse environment
Dedicated to achieving targets throughout the day, including a number of realistic but fast-paced KPIs.
Be able to follow strict processes to ensure our high-quality standards are maintained. You must be available to work a minimum 3 shifts between Monday to Friday.
Weekend work and overtime available on occasion to exceptional team members.
Forklift High Reach and LO experiences is a bonus
