ibis Styles Karratha is ideally located in the centre of town, within walking distance of the main shopping centre, bars and restaurants. Featuring 47 rooms, the hotel is warm and welcoming, with an outdoor pool and 60 seat bistro providing pleasant al fresco dining overlooking the pool, a bottle shop and 2 conference rooms, making it a great option for leisure and business guests alike.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full Time Duty Manager to join our amazing team.
As a Duty Manager, you will lead and mentor the Front Office and Food and Beverage team, ensuring a smooth and seamless service experience. You will have proven leadership experience and a genuine personable service style that always blows our guests away, fulfilling our 'Heartist' philosophy.
The role is pivotal to the daily operation of the hotel and provides the perfect platform for career growth and development, gaining exposure across all areas of the hotel. This is a role where you can really make a name for yourself!
A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to work a flexible 7 day roster.
