Sous Chef-Hotel / Pub Venue-Coastal Western Australia
We are seeking an experienced Souse Chef for this great coastal venue located in remote Western Australia.

$30.96 / hour Mon – Fri + penalties as per the award
up to 40 hours per week
Free Accommodation & Meals
Own room with ensuite
- General prep & cooking of traditional pub fare
- Covering a variety of shifts (including breakfasts and split shifts)
- Supporting the head Chef
- Supervising junior staff
- Covering Head Chefs days off / leave etc
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
- Working as part of a team (3-4 in kitchen)
Access via sealed roads or flights
