Job Description
Marla Travellers Rest (www.marla.com.au) is a sprawling roadhouse, hotel/motel, restaurant, service station and supermarket located 440 kms south of Alice Springs and 1100 kms north of Adelaide.
We are seeking reliable, friendly, hardworking Roadhouse staff to assist with a variety of duties including:
- customer service
- short order cooking
- food preparation
- general cleaning
- housekeeping
This is a large, busy roadhouse so you must be able to work under pressure and multi-task. You must enjoy living and working in a remote location. Short order cooking experience is favourable. Accommodation is available on site. You must be reliable, able to pick things up quickly and have good customer service skills. Fluent English is also essential. We are looking for staff who are looking to work for a minimum ofmonths, preferably longer.

It began with the purchase of the first business in 1998 and has now grown to 9 sites located in SA, NT and WA. We now have approximately 130 staff many of them living on premise in our staff accommodation.
