Head Chef-Remote South Australia
We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef for this busy property located in remote South Australia

Full Time Role
Award rate + penalties and weekend rates
Discounted meals and accommodation
Duties will include:
Costings / Managing budget restraints
Maintain food costs
Ordering, stocktakes, stock control
Supervision and training of staff
Rostering / wage budget management
Ensure HACCP standards are met
Demonstrate exceptional organisational and time management skills
Ability to maintain high quality and consistent food standards at all times
Ability to think laterally and show initiative
A Working Understanding of ‘Food Safety’ principals
Working with team of 3-5 in the kitchen.
Restaurant is open breakfast, and dinner seven days a week.
