Cook / Chef-Remote Northern Territory
We are seeking an experienced Cook / Chef for this busy venue located in remote Northern Territory.
This is an excellent opportunity and a great way to save!
Start late January / early February 2021
$28.38 - $30.15 per hour neg on experience + penalties and weekend rates
Six Day Week
Typically 40 hours per week
Accommodation & Meals $120 per week
Own room with ensuite (donga style)
General prep & cooking of pub/bistro cuisine from all day menu (eg. steaks, barra, parmi's, mixed grill etc)
Working mostly straight shifts as the only Cook/Chef in the kitchen (either AM or PM)
Creating daily specials
General cleaning, dishes etc
Doing service for themed nights (eg. pizza night, parmi night etc)
Maintain a clean kitchen
Assist in other departments/areas where required
