Administrator / Receptionist-Spectacular Kimberley Region-Remote Western Australia
We are seeking an experienced Administrator / Receptionist for this busy property located in the spectacular Kimberley Region of remote Western Australia.

Can be casual or full time role
Full Time - $55,000 salary
Casual role - $26.03 per hour (flat rate EBA)
Accommodation & meals $121 p/w
Own Room with Share Bathroom
25-30 hours per week based in Head Office doing accounts work and general administration. The rest of the hours are based at the venue doing general reception duties.
General accounts/bookkeeping work - accounts payable, accounts receivable, entering invoices etc
General data entry duties
Guest arrivals & departures
General phone reservations
Entering of reservations
General balancing of reception takings
General administration work
Other direction as per front office manager
Assist in other departments (eg. F&B, housekeeping etc) if required
Working across the company's other property in town as well
Previous experience with PMS systems, ideally CMS preferred
Previous experience with MYOB highly regarded
Must be able to make a minimum 6 month commitment
Undertake a police clearance if required
Must have excellent work related references
Provide excellence in customer service
Able to work as part of a team
Current drivers licence preferred
Property / Location Information:
30-52 staff live and work on site
Staff have use of the resort facilities including swimming pool.
