Experienced Chef wanted to live onsite as part of package at newly renovated country hotel with main road frontage.

â€¢ You will be responsible for day-to-day running of kitchen operations â€“ preparation of lunch and dinner service.
â€¢ You will be passionate about your craft, displaying high standards of food production and presentation.
â€¢ You will have a good understanding of and the ability to maintain food safety standards and audit temperature checks daily.
â€¢ You will ensure that all the storage areas in the kitchen are set up in line with food safety guidelines.
â€¢ You will be responsible for maintaining sufficient food stock in the kitchen and placing the food orders with approved suppliers.
â€¢ You will ensure safety, security and legislative requirements are being met.
To be successful in this role:
â€¢ Must have a current QLD Food Safety Certificate or be prepared to get one ASAP and hold a Covid-Safe for Dining In Certificate.
â€¢ Previous experience as a Sous/Head chef, preferably in a hotel environment
â€¢ A positive, genuine, friendly and team focused attitude
