ARC Staff, the Australian Recruitment Company is a privately owned industrial and commercial recruitment company operating in several States. Our Moorabbin Office requires an Energetic, Honest, Hard Working Individual to represent our business as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.

We are looking for candidates who have the following:

Previous Industrial Recruitment experience and advantage
Minimum 18 months BDM experience with a solid track record of achievement in the VIC market
Good business acumen - know how to communicate professionally with clients and candidates alike
Excellent time management/ organisational skills essential
Must enjoy developing and building business relationships as this role does include business development
Admin and Phone Manner Skills must be at a premium.
Able to Multi Task and Work Autonomously with the view to have "Quick Turn Around" in mind.
Positive Attitude and an easy going Personality that fits in with our culture.
Professional Presentation and Punctuality is a MUST!
Own Transport is essential.
