Tractor Driver

Opportunity for Tractor Driver is now available for immediate start based on privately owned cotton and grain enterprise located near Deniliquin, NSW. This  is a great opportunity to join a professional team on a progressive enterprise utilising no till and controlled traffic farming systems. This position ideally suits someone with good farming knowledge; able to set-up, operate and maintain large late model machines whilst competently performing all broadacre operations un-supervised. The successful candidate must have calm and positive attitude together with a passion for agriculture.

Position Requirements: 
 
-   Demonstrated current experience in irrigated and/or dryland crop production
-   Ability to operate modern farming machinery competently 
-   Strong mechanical knowledge and skills 
-   GPS guidance experience
-   Ability to work effectively in team
-   Highly developed organisation skills with ability to show initiative
-   Current vehicle licence 
  
The day to day role will include, but not limited to: 
 
-   Operation of modern farming machinery for all aspects of crop production including GPS tractors 
-   Servicing and maintenance of farm plant and machinery  
-   Work collaboratively within team
-   Ability to adhere to Work Health and Safety guidelines
-   General farm duties as required 
-   Report directly to Farm Manager
