Based 50km North East of Keith, South Australia, Our property, Kangaringa Station is now looking for a Livestock Farm Hand to join the team.
The Livestock Farm Hand performs the day-to-day tasks required to maintain the property such as:
General property and plant maintenance
Assisting with lamb marking, crutching and shearing
Experience with Cattle and Sheep
The successful applicant will be able to:
demonstrate experience in a similar role
follow instructions and complete tasks as assigned
demonstrate good communication and time management skills
be self-motivated and reliable
demonstrate a keen interest in sheep, cattle and general farm operations.
commit to safe work practices and the highest animal welfare standards
enjoy living in a remote location.
This position requires the applicant to have long term working rights in Australia and hold a drivers licence. Owning your own car is required. Accommodation is available.
