Looking for an island experience? Our oyster farm is located just 30 minutes from each of the towns on Kangaroo Island and a great base to tour from. We run a farm shop serving Island Aquaculture and Sustainable seafood in a casual seaside setting from 11am to 3pm. We are not a restaurant or a cafe but a farm shop serving ocean to plate with a very simple Harvest of the day menu accompanied by local wines/ciders/ale. We also run daily landbased farm tours at 10:30am teaching visitors how oysters are farmed in South australia. If you want to come join our team and learn about the fastest growing food production industry in the world, aquaculture, then hop on the Sealink ferry and come on over! You will need your own transport and accommodation. There is a great campground within walking distance from our farm and other accommodation options may be available in the town. Our crew love to work hard and play hard!

The Oyster Farm Shop is the farmgate for Kangaroo Island Shellfish, the largest commercial oyster farm on Kangaroo Island. As well as shucking and serving our oysters grilled or chilled to visitors, we showcase Island Aquaculture and Sustainable Seafood including Marron, Abalone and King George Whiting.
