We are looking for a high calibre, experienced Chef with the ability to drive the business forward. Someone who is passionate about food and wine and takes pride in everything that they do.

The successful candidate will have a great eye for detail, a calm temperament and excellent time management skills. They will have a proven track record of successfully managing stock, costs, staff and driving revenue. Previous remote area experience will be highly regarded, as will a passion for outdoor / open fire cooking. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Chef who wants to put their stamp on things.


Duties:
Prep & cooking of bistro style meals
Catering for various functions, events and tours
Working as part of a team
Ensuring kitchen cleanliness
Assist with controlling stock to ensure minimal wastage and low cost of sales
Help managing, training and mentoring staff to ensure productivity is achieved
Ensuring food quality is at it's best to ensure customer satisfaction
Working split shifts


The venue is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 Days per week.

Access is via sealed roads or regular flights.
