Job Description
Primarily gardening (weeding, mulching, mowing, whipper snipping, spraying), general maintenance (fence painting, minor repairs, timber cutting and collecting) and farm maintenance (harrowing paddocks, cleaning water troughs, removing old fences, collecting/burning dead wood, clearing weeds/blackberries, raking driveways/laneways)
Accomodation provided in self contained, fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment with living/meals/kitchen, bathroom/laundry, deck and king bed bedroom.
Property is 10 minutes to Lilydale which is a 1 hour train journey to central Melbourne.
Would suit either single person capable of all duties or couple wanting to share tasks. For one person position is $500 for a 40hr week. Hours/wage for couple by agreement depending on hours etc.
Short periods of 2-3 weeks welcome.
