Cooinda Lodge Kakadu, owned by Kakadu Tourism and managed by Accor, is an indigenous owned collection of wetland cruises, 4WD adventure tours, cultural experiences and accommodation are seeking a Guest Service Agent/Retail Attendant to join the team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Providing consistently authentic customer experiences during our guests stays
Upselling and promoting tours and the park to ensure our guests experience everything Kakadu has to offer
Attending to all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner
Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, the successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail
A desire to ensure our guests enjoy the best of Kakadu
Current Australian work rights and a valid driver’s license
