Sustainable Living & Farming Experience Opportunity. Available from May 26th
This offer is for an individual, male or female, to spend a Winter/Spring in a bush setting in the mountains of Tasmania, living close to nature.
This offer is more suited for people looking for a different experience. There is much to learn for those who have an interest in the mysteries of life. There is amazing country to explore, with the last great expanse of temperate rainforest left in the world, on our doorstep. There is much that can be learned about sustainable living, natural environment, organic food growing systems, living simply & living with nature and animals.
This offer is for a six weeks to six month period, with a minimum stay of six weeks. The position might ideally suit a person looking for a unique experience and stepping out of the "Normal" workaday world for a period of time. Please indicate your interests in seeking a placement at the Eslin Sustainable Living & Learning Centre, and what you would hope to gain from your experience here?
Your commitment: is to provide labour for 20/25hours per week (weather permitting) engaged in small mixed farm activities. My commitment: Is to provide food & accommodation including preparation of some meals. I provide multiple learning opportunities including tuition to you, across a range of subjects, cost free. Provide cultural exchange when & where possible.
