Job Description
We looking for hard working Head Chef for this winter season to work in busy Hotel in Mount Hotham.
Accommodation on mountain with the slopes out the back door of the property.
The season is 3 to 4 months long, love the snow, it’s a great gig to enjoy cooking delicious food in a winter wonderland.
We will ensure you have a great time, plenty of time to Ski and enjoy yourself, but we are after committed professionals that love their job and put their teams, and customers first.
You work and play hard, delivering the best possible dining experiences for our guests and our team.
Must have a experience running a busy kitchen and working rights in australia.
