ABOUT US:
Houst a short-term accommodation management service worldwide. Having launched in 2015, we make home-sharing hassle-free by building technology that enables us to look after guests and homes of thousands of hosts around the world. We take care of the listing creation, guest communications, pricing, maintenance, cleaning and linen delivery for clients that have properties on Airbnb, Booking.com and more.

THE ROLE:
We are looking for professional housekeepers able to clean our hosts’ properties with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests ensuring that every property is presented to a 5-star quality clean standard.

- Flexible – work as much or as little as you want. – Self-employed on a part-time basis. – Shifts: Cleans available Monday to Sunday. – Pay rate: $27.00/hour paid 9 working days after each clean.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: – Clean Airbnb properties to ensure they are guest-ready to a very high 5* standard – Replenish supplies (coffee/tea, toilet paper, and other essentials) when needed. Will be reimbursed – Report on the condition of the property and/or any damages via Houst cleaning app – Liaise with the linen driver and make beds – Communicate and coordinate with our in-house team. ***Great communication skills and a positive attitude a must : )

HOW DOES IT WORK? – The App: we have a cleaning app that works like Uber – Your Schedule: you can dictate your availability in the App – Autonomy: shifts are sent to you which you can accept or reject – Super Flexible: work as much or as little as you want – Sociable Hours: cleans are scheduled between 9AM-6PM – Self-employed – on a part-time basis – Rota Planning: Shifts become available up to a month in advance

IDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE: – Previous cleaning experience either commercial or home cleaning. *Experience with Airbnb cleans a plus! – Great communication skills. *Our cleaners are our eyes and ears on the ground at properties and communicate with our in-house team – Flexible availability want to complete cleans – more cleans = more experience = higher hourly rate over time! – A car is a huge bonus but not a must – Must be 18 years and over
