Job Description
We have recently incorporated the popular Stilts Beach Bar Restaurant and into our Resort operations. We have already started making changes with fresh new leadership, a revamped menu and we will be upgrading the space over Winter with the ambition of delivering the South-West's best Gastro-Pub by this summer.
Our kitchen team is led by Michael Stock. Michael is looking for chefs and a kitchen hand to help him deliver on our mission. Commis to Sous Chef positions are available for candidates who wish to be a part of buidling something fun, fresh and new.
