Job Responsibilities:
Always professionally maintain positive relationships with customers, employees and third parties.
Qualified potential customers generated online.
Interview customers by phone to accurately assess their financial situation to determine their credit suitability.
Provide customers with end-to-end services, including preparation and execution of financial and insurance contracts.
Actively follow all compliance procedures from internal and external sources.
Have high communication skills and experience in customer service roles.
Strong professional ethics and ability to achieve KPI.
Possess mathematics ability and pay close attention to details.
The experience of the auto finance industry will be highly valued, but it is not essential.
