We are seeking an enthusiastic Hairdresser to fill the role of a Hairdresser and Retail Haircare Sales Consultant to join our team at Casuarina . The position is for 30 - 38 Hours per week however we are prepared to consider other hours too.
In this role you will maintain our outstanding customer service culture assisting the Manager with customer service, customer education , stock control and merchandising . You will be a well-experienced fully qualified hairdresser who has great product knowledge and customer service skills and a genuine interest in retail haircare.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to;
The ability to work quickly and be able to think on your feet and rise to challenges
Looking after clients hairdresssing appointments & maintaining great customer service in a retail and salon capacity
Ability to handle inbound calls with speed & efficiency, educating clients on our services and retail products
Promoting our industry renowned services and award winning team
The successful candidate will have;
Qualified Hairdresser (minimum Certificate III in Hairdressing)
A "can do" attitude - Be a people person and a problem solver!
A background in hairdressing and retail
Competent in PC platforms – experience with salon appointment book software is advantageous
The ability to be pro-active and results driven whilst having an understanding of salon and retail stock control
Confident and committed giving the very best experience to our incredible clientele
