ANY, our soon to open new modern Australian restaurant & lounge in the heart of Perth's CBD is the first of many internationally and is seeking talents in various roles.
Our ephemeral menus are progressive and topical, utilising ingredients and techniques that are relevant to the season and the venue's location; Anytime, Anywhere, Anything. ANY.
The dining experience is centred around our Chef's Table concept, where creations are made, finished and presented directly to the customers in our fully opened galley kitchen. The is closely coupled with an intimate, comfortable and relaxed dining room comprised solely of banquette seating. All of this is hidden within the venue which partners with a lounge bar that both serves as a prelude to the incredible dining experience or simply just a rockin' place to chill.
Our vibe is simple sophistication and low key chic, providing casual refined offerings and service.
As a successful candidate, you should be an energetic, friendly and outgoing individual that has previous experience in this field, with relevant knowledge in the position applied for. Possessing skills such as professional & attentive service, articulated communication, upselling, inventory management, procuring larger scaled groups, liaise & coordinate with other staff members and management, etc.
