Vintage 2022 - Casual Positions Available

Cellar Hands are involved in all cellar operations including transfers, blending, cleaning, operation of equipment and general cellar duties, consequently any experience will be valued highly in this process. Ability to work in confined spaces and forklift licence would be an advantage. Must be physically fit, available to work shifts and weekends and have your own reliable transport.

Laboratory Assistants are involved in routine sampling & analysis of tanks, testing of grape samples, and monitoring of ferments for baume, temperature, YAN, pH, TA, Alc, RS and Malo. Previous experience in a laboratory environment would be an advantage. Applicants must be physically fit, be available to work shifts and weekends and have their own reliable transport.

Vintage Weighbridge Clerks are involved in sampling, recording, entering and forwarding all weighbridge related data and documentation. Attention to detail along with strong communication skills are essential. Prior weighbridge and grape sampling experience, and the ability to operate a computer are an advantage. Must be physically fit, able to work in a close team environment, available to work shifts and weekends and have your own reliable transport. Applicants must work to tight times.

- Applicants must be available for the entire vintage period between January and April

- Interviews will be held in Griffith NSW, in October 2021
- Interviews for applicants not in the local area will be held via Zoom
- All selected applicants will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical which
includes a drug and alcohol test.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age by 31 January 2022 to work in the Winery.
