Shoal Bay Country Club is on the lookout for experienced Cocktail Bartenders! We pride ourselves on delivering high quality cocktails in a high-volume environment to WOW our guests. If you think you can shake, blend and mix your way through our bespoke cocktail menu, we want to hear from you!
Our unique cocktail menu is designed by our Group Beverage Manager Brent Tozer with all the classics you know and love with a modern twist.
Our venue is an iconic place for all ages and occasions. Offering a range of Port Stephens’ best dining options (for breakfast, lunch & dinner!), the country’s best live entertainment and unparalleled views across the idyllic Shoal Bay Beach, the Country Club is a destination in itself.

About the Role:
-Prepare and serve cocktails to a consistently high standard
-Assist with batching of fresh ingredients
-Provide our guests with an exceptional level of customer service
-Serve beer and wine
-Use the POS system to submit transactions
-Clean bar equipment
-Clear tables, complete cleaning tasks and assist in restaurant when required
-Current NSW RSA
-Cocktail skills and knowledge
-Thrives in a busy, fast paced venue
-Works well as part of a large, high performing team
-Must have weekend and late night availability
