Our client is looking for an individual to work on their front line desk with the key responsibilities of:
• Managing incoming phones calls
• Data entry
• Database maintenance
• Ordering office stationery
• Assisting with general tasks.
The Ideal Candidate will:
• Be well presented for a business environment
• Have 6 months experience in a Reception or Administration position
• Have excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
• Possess sound communication skills
In return your will work
• Work great hours of 9-5pm
• Option for 4 or 5 days
• Excellent hourly rate
