Job Description
Valentina in Merimbula is looking for a couple of kitchen hands to join the team.
The role includes supporting the chefs with various tasks, washing dishes and kitchen equipment, making sure that all relevant areas of the kitchen are neat and tidy.
You may also assist Chefs, Line Cooks and service staff with food preparation.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates motivation, commitment and attention to detail as well as great communication skills.
Merimbula is a beautiful coastal town that has many national parks and beaches to explore. There are so many things to do if you love an active lifestyle. The community is friendly and welcoming and we have many visitors though especially in summer.
No experience needed but great if you’ve got some, you really just need to be keen to learn, and don’t take yourself too seriously and be up for a really fun and busy summer!

DULCIE’S COTTAGE // A bar that has found life in a beach cottage with a garden and a small blue caravan that we serve burgers out of. While the venues both have a different offering, our style throughout is offering casual yet professional service where everyone’s personalities have room to shine.
