We are currently seeking Qualified Chefs for a busy venue located in Western Australia’s spectacular Kimberley Region. Work in a team of 4-6 chefs in a recently refurbished kitchen.
You will love going to work!! Immediate start required.

$60,000 - $63,000 salary (negotiable)
Accommodation & Meals $121 per week
Own Private room & 3 meals per day
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Police History Check.
Preparation & cooking of lunches and dinners
Occasional Breakfast shifts
Cooking for special functions and conferences
Cooking of staff meals
General prep and service work
Keeping kitchen clean and tidy
Other duties as directed by the Head Chef
The Kitchen caters to 3 dining Outlets:
The Main Bar offering bistro Meals from 12 noon-9pm
120 seat Buffet Restaurant catering to buffet dining for large groups
130 Seat A La Carte Restaurant open for dinner 7 days per week
They also offer packed lunches for tour and coach groups, meals for conferences and special functions, they offer a large room service menu and cater to all meals for 52 staff.
Access is via Greyhound Bus or sealed roads
Telstra Mobile & internet coverage is available on site. There are 2 internet machines in reception and pay phones available in the foyer.
The property offers a small staff gym, on-site swimming pool and tennis court.
