My client is currently looking for an experienced customer care coordinator. You will be responsible for delivering on the company’s service expectations and embodies the company values and ethos.
The main responsibility of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service via a variety of channels including email, chat, phone and social media. Resolutions are to be both pro-customer and pro-company, and are provided to the customer in a prompt, friendly and helpful manner.
Provide customers with fast and exceptional customer service via all customer service channels (email, phone, chat, social media)
Ability to manage workload efficiently and prioritize responses
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Use advanced problem solving skills and display an ability to think on your feet and provide a company approved outcome in every situation
Issue refunds via payment gateways and internal systems
Process orders over the phone for customers experiencing issues
Appropriate escalation and notification of issues encountered by customers to relevant department, e.g. sizing feedback to design team.
Highly empathetic and friendly
High level analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally – both written and verbal
Strong time management and organisational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and effectively
Friendly and helpful at all times
