About the position:
We are seeking passionate Cocktail Bartenders for our latest venues.
● Provide excellent customer service anticipating guests needs
● As part of the team your role is to ensure guests have an amazing experience every time.
● Maintain a clean and tidy cellar and stock room
● Ensure correct set up, handover, breakdown of the bar, making sure the bar has the correct equipment and items stocked for service.
● Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests can wind down and enjoy themselves
● Making a variety of drinks from classics to bulk batching tap cocktails
● Maintain a thorough knowledge of the cocktail list and wine menu
● Keeping your section clean, organised and fully stocked
● Working efficiently with high attention to detail to ensure service runs smoothly
● Knowing ingredients and providing advice on allergies / dietary requirements
● Use POS to process orders, handling cash / card transactions

● You’re a team player, supporting your workmates whilst having fun along the way
● Available to work on a rotating roster across the 7 day week
● Ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment
● True passion for hospitality - you get excited about creating memorable experiences and love all things F&B

Desired Skills and Experience:
● A current RSA
● You have Australian Work Rights or valid visa
● Ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment
● Classic cocktail experience is desirable
● Not too confident with your wine knowledge - no stress, we have an amazing group sommelier who will teach you everything.
● Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
● Previous bartending experience is ideal but not essential. If you’ve got the right attitude and you’re willing to learn, we encourage you to apply.
