We are seeking an experienced Mechanic for the day-to-day operations of our 8,000ha mixed grain and livestock enterprise “Kaarima”. We are located 100km north of Clermont in 4721 Qld.
You will ideally have a commercially astute and solution orientated mindset. You take great attention to detail and you have the capacity to take full responsibility for each work task, while maintaining a tidy and efficient workplace environment.
Your Key requirements are
- Mechanical skills from mower to heavy diesel engines
- Understand and work towards production targets
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment on divers projects
- Happy to live remotely
MC license and experience operating road trains will be highly regarded, as will the ability to operate earthmoving equipment such as loaders, dozers and graders.

We offer a wide range of training opportunities for agriculture, chemical accreditation, truck licence, agronomy and low stress stock handling workshops.
