We have been in the business for 4 years now. A company that is passionate about food. We create fresh, healthy & delicious meals using the finest local ingredients which include no added chemicals, sugars or preservatives and deliver it straight to our customers desired location.
Our Sous Chef will: *Have to be obsessed and passionate about food *Need to have at least 1 year experience in cooking *Strictly follow our recipes/SOPs *Exceptional attention to detail. *Ability to handle high pressure situations whilst maintaining the high standards of food delivery. *Drive Workplace Health & Safety, and the Food Safety Supervisor compliance and standards. *Highly process driven *Be motivating, inspiring to a team of like-minded professionals ensuring the vision of the Head Chef is upheld.
