Cafe Allrounder

The Portside Cafe situated in a unique waterfront location is looking for cafe allrounders for the busy season.
You will be required to provide a high standard of service to our customers both behind the bar and on the floor. Availability to work during opening hours, including weekends, holidays and functions.

We are looking for someone who can:
-Be a natural multitasker, being able to support the team running the floor, preparing juices & smoothies and operating till.
-Deliver great service consistently while supporting their fellow team, ensure food & safety standards are strictly adhered
-Ideally you are able to support our Barista team on the coffee machine and we will provide training for all new recruits
-Have a solid knowledge of all food safety and hygiene requirements along with current RSA certification unless you’re a junior.
-Maintain quality, standards, safety and presentation of the cafe
