The Barron Valley Hotel is a family owned - one of a kind- Art Deco Hotel located in the heart of Atherton and we are currently seeking Bar Staff / Hospitality All rounders to come join our team. Immediate start with ongoing long term employment.

To be successful in the role you must be an energetic, committed, reliable employee who is willing to multi task around any position within the hotel whilst ensuring that patrons are receiving the utmost top-quality service available. You will primarily work in the bar and on occasions assist in the bistro or coffee shop.

In order to succeed in this role, you must maintain a fun, safe atmosphere for patrons, be observant and have the ability to think critically and efficiently. Be a skilled communicator with excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to diffusing tense situations if they arise. You will be a quick learner willing to adapt to an always changing environment and hold a current RSA. An RMLV would be an advantage but not essential

We work on a rotating roster over 7 days a week working[phone number removed]hours a week. You must be willing to work nights / days and weekends.
