Job Description
We are a surf shop and coffee bar with a thriving community vibe by the beach in East Corrimal. We have amazing customers and a great team environment. We pay well too and your hard work is appreciated by flexible rosters, in-store discounts and heaps of other benefits, We have been established for 2 years and are already one of the busiest cafes in the Illawarra. We trade on consistent coffee and excellent customer service in a relaxed atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Adjusting grind and dose
- Maintaining quality with speed during rushes
- Competent with free pour/latte art
- Maintain clean workspace
- Help out with all rounder duties if there are no coffees on order
- Working alongside another barista, owner or cafe all rounder / waitstaff during peak times
- Work with dairy and dairy alternative milks
Requirements:
- 12-25 hours per week
- Reliable
- Team player
- At least 2 years barista experience
- Clear communication skills
