Job Description

Seeking a corporately presented Receptionist who wants to join a business where they can add value through their proactive nature and solutions focused attitude. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking some temporary work and who is available to be flexible and reliable.

Key duties are listed below:

- Administration assistance across all entities including office maintenance, ordering supplies, filing, coordinate events.
- IT Administration – ensuring new starters for the business have the correct set-up and IT equipment
- Ensuring any IT issues within the business are communicated to external IT company and ensuring its being actioned
- Social Media / Marketing Administration – maintain company intranet
Assist with Coordinating monthly Team Meetings

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- Demonstrated office administration experience within a corporate environment;
- Strong experience providing administrative and executive support at a senior level;
- Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- High attention to detail and ability to priorities tasks;
- High standards of personal dress and presentation;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including report writing and presentation delivery;
- Ability to work independently; and
- High sense of responsibility and initiative.
