Part time Position, which could lead to a full-time position
We are looking for a talented front desk/ guest services and a multi-tasker. The Coppersmith requires someone who is reliable, punctual and has good customer service skills.
You need to have previous experience with property management systems, ours RMS/SiteMinder. Attention to detail is vital as well as a friendly manner. You need to be able to think on your feet and solve any problems that arise. You need to have good phone skills and be computer savvy. You will be dealing with both customers and travel agents on a daily basis. Your role will include taking reservations, face-to-face contact with guests as well as email and phone tasks. We are a friendly team and look forward to finding the right person to join us previous experience an advantage. Multitasking, with food & beverage experience an advantage.
The Coppersmith Hotel is a 15 room luxury boutique Hotel, Bar & Bistro with a Rooftop with stunning views of Melbourne & Albert Park. A high standard of work is required.
We care located close to Albert Park, St Kilda, & the CBD . Tramline 12 at front door , 96 & 1 trams with in 150m.
We are very Covid safe & you will be required to show that you have been double vaccinated.
Front Desk Receptionist & Front of House full-time & part-time position .
