About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team to deliver exceptional experience for both our guests and crew. You will ensure a high standard of service and restaurant operations whilst promoting a positive work culture.



The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

Demonstrated experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in an a-la-carte restaurant

Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew experience

Exceptional service skills and guest focusedStrong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices

Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods

Proven ability in building effective relationships

Organisational and time management skills

Experience using a time & attendance system, Deputy or similar

Exceptional communication and presentation

Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts

Must hold a valid RSA
