Fibreglass Laminator / Assembly

We are a small but rapidly growing manufacturer of medical baths and we are looking for the right person to join our team.

This is a "hands-on role" with someone that has proven assembly experience and is a good all-rounder with a trades type or similar background.

50% Spa bath assembly
30% Composites (training provided)
20% Scheduled maintenance.

Jump straight in and start plumbing spa baths, ensuring uptime is efficient
Accountability for premium surface detailing
Basic mechanical tasks
Full documentation of work
Ensure the factory is maintained as per procedures
Chemical applications and controls
Pickup and drop-off as required.

Key responsibilities -

Spa plumbing and assembly
Assist fiberglass new articles
Ensure tasks are carried out and done in a timely and accurate manner
Carry out work, which meets the company's quality standards
Manual handling
Continuous improvement programs.

Must Have -

Assembly capability and experience of some sort
A positive team player and self-motivated attitude
Good communication, organisation and people skills
Problem-solving, take responsibility and action
Neat and tidy appearance and pleasant manner
Own car and license.
