We are a growing IT managed service provider specialising in technology solutions and support for SME’s. This includes traditional IT as well as cloud, mobility solutions, security and business automation which offers a broad range of IT work across small to medium sized businesses.

Our business is expanding, and we now require a Dynamic Level 3 Technical Support / Team Leader to join our team. Your experience will include at least 2 years Level 3 IT Help Desk / Team Leader experience with at least seven years in IT.

Your role and responsibilities include:

Provide IT Support to small and medium businesses and understand their priorities
Ability to lead a small and cohesive team
Confidence in dealing with all stakeholders
Experience with supporting users on site or remotely
Project management to introduce new technology
Implementation of a range of IT security strategies
Knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft range of operating systems particularly Windows 10 and Windows Server (including virtualisation)
Office/Microsoft 365 experience
Cloud Hosting
DRP & Backup experience
Hardware – Server, PC, Mac, iOS devices and Android devices
Mobile Device Management
Network management (including VLANs and WIFI) and troubleshooting skills
Worked with RMM tools to support users
Manage vendors - quotes, purchase orders, payment and delivery confirmation
Firewall - WatchGuard, Sonicwall & Cisco experience preferred
