Hotel Housekeeping & Houseman

Lake House Hotel is looking for dedicated and organized team members to join our hotel team.

We are looking for a Housekeeper & Houseman all rounder team members.

The Housekeeper and Houseman are essential members of the hospitality and accommodation team, responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort throughout the property. They work collaboratively to ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces meet the highest standards of hygiene, organization, and aesthetic appeal.

Housekeepers focus on detailed room servicing, including making beds, replenishing amenities, cleaning bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and ensuring rooms are refreshed to brand standards. They pay close attention to guest preferences, handle laundry and linen care, and report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The Houseman supports housekeeping operations by managing the movement of linen, supplies, and equipment. They assist with deep cleaning tasks, outdoor pathways, storage areas, and respond to special requests such as setting up extra beds or assisting with luggage. The Houseman also ensures corridors and public spaces remain tidy, performing minor maintenance or reporting issues to engineering when required.
