Seeking surf coaches for our locations at Bondi Beach and Maroubra Beach!

We want YOU if you can surf, provide a great experience for our customers, and are safety conscious! (Flexible hours to fit into your schedule)

Do you love surfing and have a passion for sharing your ocean experience with others?
Do you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and an upbeat, kind and caring nature? If so, you need to join our dynamic and committed team who love working at the beach! Lets Go Surfing is seeking Surf Instructors in Bondi and Maroubra.

We'll provide you with training, guidance, above award wages and awesome beach conditions!

You will teach kids and adults from all around the world at varying skill levels. You must be able to adopt the strong work ethic and culture of the Lets Go Surfing team and be willing to help people achieve their surfing goals.

To be considered you must:
Be a capable surfer and understand the surf
Pass a surf related physical test
Be responsible positive individual and as part of a team
Work a minimum of 3 days a week (including a weekend day)

We will help you achieve your Qualifications!
Successful applicants are required to hold or obtain Surfing Australia Coaching qualifications including:
Level 1 Surf Coach, Ocean safety award, First Aid certificate, CPR & Working With Children Check
These qualifications can be obtained during the induction process for successful applicants.
