Job Description
Greeting and checking-in and checking-out guests
Delivering luggage to guest rooms
Assisting guest enquiries and managing guest feedback.
Answering room booking and day spa requests such as online, email and telephone
Ensuring the service provided to our guests is of a high standard
YOUR ATTRIBUTES WILL INCLUDE:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role is desired
Adaptability / willing to work weekends
Welcoming, approachable, honest and caring
You live within 30 minutes of Montrose, Victoria 3765
